Execution of measures for energy efficiency to ensure suitable and cost-effective municipal educational infrastructure.
The building of 'Detelina' Kindergarten consists of three blocks - A, B, and C, architecturally and functionally interconnected. Block A is a two-story structure with two entrances, housing the following rooms: playroom, two bedrooms, dining room, pouring room, and sanitary facility. Block B consists of a two-story and a one-story part. The two-story part contains rooms similar to those in Block A, while the one-story part serves as a kitchen area. Block C is a two-story structure, including the following rooms: playroom, bedroom, dining room, pouring room, isolation room, speech therapist's room, boiler room, fuel storage, staff room, and sanitary facilities. The following categories of works are planned to be carried out: thermal insulation of walls with thermal blocks and plastering on top of the insulation; replacement of wooden windows with PVC windows; insulation of ceilings beneath the roof with 6cm ER5-R insulation; improvement of the heating installation; installation of solar panels; improvement of the lighting and electrical installation.

The building of 'Nezabravka' Childcare Facility consists of four parts - three two-story structures and one single-story building. The single-story building includes the following rooms: administration, teacher's room, caretaker's room, storage room, medical office, and sanitary facilities. The two two-story buildings include a playroom, sanitary facility, storage room, washroom, and utility room, while the third two-story building is designated for the boiler room and laundry. The following categories of works are planned to be carried out: thermal insulation of walls with 6cm Thermopor ER5-R and application of protective coating; replacement of windows with PVC windows; insulation of ceilings beneath the roof with 6cm ER5-R insulation; improvement of the heating installation; installation of solar panels; improvement of the lighting and electrical installation.
