Type of Construction: Renovation of a multi-family residential building, built-up area of 381.49 m², total built-up area of 6,441.23 m², height: +44.60 - cornice level, 16 floors.
Scope of Construction:
Installation of: thermal insulation on external walls, silicone plaster on facades, mosaic plaster on socle, replacement of existing joinery, painting with facade paint on glazed terraces, thermal insulation on the roof, cement-sand plaster on chimneys and elevator shaft, silicone plaster on chimneys, production and installation of chimney caps, dismantling of existing waterproofing; construction of roof boards, application of leveling cement mortar and ceramic tiles on the roof, installation of XPS thermal insulation, vapor barrier, reinforced cement mortar for slopes, bituminous primer; two-layer waterproofing - second layer with sprinkling, metal cladding on canopies and boards; supply and installation of rainwater collectors, installation of thermal panels on metal structures above terraces; Terraces - installation of thermal insulation on the floor, YTONG masonry: on terraces, application of mesh and painting with facade paint, installation of thermal panels with metal structures on terraces, drywall construction on terraces with metal structures, painting with facade paint;
Canopies at entrances - application of reinforced cement mortar for roof slopes; two-layer waterproofing - second layer with sprinkling, cladding of entrance canopy with etalbond;
Activities for refreshing the stairwell;
Electrical installations in the common areas of the building, replacement of lightning protection installations, installation of photovoltaic installation on roof structure - panels, connection of individual components, installation of switchboard and connection to local electrical installation, adjustments, tests;
Transfer, loading, transportation, and disposal of construction waste to a landfill.
