1) Architectural and Construction-Structural Part:
Major renovation of the roof structure, gutters, and downspouts of the building. Replacement of external joinery. Comprehensive renovation of the building facades and implementation of energy-saving measures (complete thermal insulation system on walls and plinths). Repair of interior spaces: replacement of doors, cladding, flooring, plasterboard, painting.
2) Electrical Part: Lighting, power, low-voltage, grounding installations. Supply and installation of SVT cable 4x50mm2 (for replacement of external power supply). Complete replacement of electrical panels and electrical installations. Implementation of energy-saving measure 4 (replacement of light fixtures with fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps with LED lamps). Emergency lighting. Lightning protection installation.
3) Fire Alarm Part: Supply and installation of: addressable fire alarm control panel, optical-smoke fire detector (including built-in short-circuit isolator), temperature fire detector, manual fire alarm button, external siren with lamp, optical-smoke fire detector with built-in siren in a separate enclosure, automatic telephone dialer.
4) HVAC Part: Implementation of energy-saving measure 5: Demolition of the existing building heating installation. Supply and installation of aluminum radiators with accessories and fittings. Installation of internal heating distribution with polypropylene pipes. Installation of pipe insulation. Supply and installation of electronic circulation pumps and control valves.
5) Water and Sewage Part: Construction of internal water supply installation. Solar thermosiphon system with a 100-liter boiler. Solar thermosiphon system with a 150-liter boiler. Construction of internal sewage installation.
6) Landscaping Activities: Demolition of playground equipment, removal of old pavement made of sidewalk tiles, tree pruning. Supply and installation of concrete curbs. Construction of pavements using concrete slabs 40/40/6, shock-absorbing tiles 40/40/2, and artificial grass, including all preparatory and finishing activities (excavation, backfill, subbase concrete, reinforcement, etc.). Upgrade of concrete walls of sandboxes. Supply and installation of playground equipment and mini football gates. Supply and installation of benches and trash bins. Fence repair. Landscaping: External electrical equipment and furnishing, laying electrical conductors in trenches and pipes, supply and installation of park lighting, grounding.
