Project Description

Rehabilitation of engineering structures, including tunnels, bridges, and waterways, as well as the facilities and devices of the power supply system of the railway infrastructure in the section between Stryama Station and Klisura Station from km 113+005 to km 115+729, with a length of 2,724 meters.

Construction: Group 2, Category 1
A rehabilitation project has been prepared for tunnels No. 8, No. 10, No. 11, No. 12, and No. 13. It includes the installation of a continuous track, parts of the "Contact Network," "Signaling and Telecommunications," as well as the following activities:
- Formation and compaction of the basic earth surface, construction of a protective layer embankment
- Supply and installation of reinforced concrete channels of type ECT 200/50, BK 100/30, TPS 64m, and LPS
- Supply and installation of new 60E1 railway tracks, new reinforced concrete sleepers (1600 pcs/km), and elastic fastenings
- Supply and installation of new 60E railway tracks, new reinforced concrete sleepers (1720 pcs/km), and elastic fastenings, removal of existing tracks, supply and laying of new ballast
- Rehabilitation of small structures, including cleaning and shaping of arches and plate waterways
- Rehabilitation of large structures - bridges at km 114+178 and km 115+363. Activities include removal of rail joints, ballast excavation and filling, demolition of protective concrete and waterproofing, dismantling of expansion joints, repair of cement mortar, installation of new waterproofing, joints, and protection, restoration of drainage material
- Repair, cleaning, and restoration of linings, retaining walls, and channels; construction of new retaining walls and channels in Tunnel No. 10, Tunnel No. 11, Tunnel No. 12, and Tunnel No. 13
- Rehabilitation of tunnels No. 10, 11, 12, 13 through the installation of membrane waterproofing - PVC membrane "Flagon BSL - 2mm/300, polyethylene mesh for shotcrete - EXPO 1211L - Opening 8/6 mm, black color, shotcrete C25/30 (medium) = 5-6 cm (the entire arch along with the boulders), sandblasting of the tunnel surface, mechanical cleaning of the tunnel lining surface
- "Contact Network" section between Stryama-Klisura and Klisura Station - dismantling works, foundation construction, and alignment of BMK and MPK poles; supply and installation of HV - bronze 70 mm2, supply and installation of CP 100 mm2, supply and installation of return conductor AS240 mm2
- Dismantling and installation works for parts of the signaling equipment, telecommunications, and tunnel lighting for tunnels No. 10, 11, 12, 13.
