\n Project Description:<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n “Modernization of railway section Orizovo – Chirpan” under the project “Rehabilitation of railway line Plovdiv – Burgas, Phase 2”; Section 814-12 Chirpan station from km 59+105,35 (NS12) to km 60+126,60 (NS9) with length 1021m.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction Category One.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Activities for the preparation of projects for the parts “Railway”; “Contact Network”; “Signalling and Telecommunication Systems”; “Buildings”; “Facilities”<\/li>
  2. Activities for the execution of the works on the “Railway” part include:<\/li>
  3. reconstruction of the switch and track development at Chirpan station (4 tracks)<\/li>
  4. construction of new drainage systems; <\/li>
  5. laying of a new substructure – including reaching the required minimum values of the deformation modulus of the earth base and, if necessary, additional strengthening (reinforcement);<\/li>
  6. laying of protective layer, geogrids and geotextiles;<\/li>
  7. overhead structure of rails type 60E1 for main tracks and 49S for secondary tracks, reinforced concrete sleepers and elastic bracing according to TSI requirements;<\/li>
  8. construction of 2 new platforms and provision of access to the platforms for persons with reduced mobility;<\/li>
  9. Rehabilitation of the existing pedestrian underpass with access to platform 2;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Activities for the execution of the works on the “Contact Network” part<\/li>
    2. dismantling of overhead lines, including poles and foundations;<\/li>
    3. construction of new pillars and foundations;<\/li>
    4. construction of a new overhead line;<\/li>
    5. sectioning of the overhead line and integration of the motor drives of the disconnectors into the existing remote control panels;<\/li>
    6. tests for connection to the SCADA telecontrol system in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) Plovdiv.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Activities for the execution of the works under the part “Signalling and telecommunication systems<\/li>
      2. dismantling of existing MRCs;<\/li>
      3. Rehabilitation of 2 rooms intended for MCC ;<\/li>
      4. Construction of a duct network in the area of stations and approach sections;<\/li>
      5. supply and installation of external equipment (SOA, traffic lights, BO, cables) in the area of stations and approach sections;<\/li>
      6. supply, installation and commissioning of the MCC equipment;<\/li>
      7. dismantling of temporary signals (temporary control panels);<\/li>
      8. making heating of the railway. shooters;<\/li>
      9. making outdoor lighting, including platform lighting;<\/li>
      10. making of external electrical. power<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        • Activities for the execution of the works under the “Buildings” part include:<\/li>
        • rehabilitation of the existing reception building<\/li>
        • demolition of existing buildings – posts<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          • Activities for the execution of the works under the “Facilities” part include:<\/li>
          • construction of a new reinforced concrete box culvert at km 59+031.30 with clear dimensions of 2.0\/2.0 m, passable and allowing for revision and cleaning of the drainage outlet<\/li>
          • works on the culvert on the km – on the side of the culvert the existing guardwall is removed and in its place a reinforced concrete box is built with a length of 2.6m, clear section dimensions of 1\/1.2m and wall thickness of 0.3m; on the outflow side, a corner retaining wall is to be built but with a developed front cantilever, integrating the end of the culvert into its thickness and creating a guardwall supporting the ballast at the level of the bank.<\/li>
          • construction of noise barriers in the station area<\/li>
