Description of the project
Conversion and renovation of a workshop for Railway Signaling, Telecommunications, and Mechanical Equipment, including two buildings and adjacent terrain with tracks at the Energy Section Gorna Oryahovitsa

Preparation of a working project:
Along the railway line in the section from LCC Levski to LCC Gorna Oryahovitsa, an optical cable, dielectric, self-supporting with a track-resistant coating for installation at voltages of 25 kV/50 Hz, is installed on concrete or iron lattice poles of the contact network, secured by a tensioning device (anchoring) providing a firm attachment to the pole and a support device (roller) enabling the suspension of the cable on intermediate poles.
For connecting cable lengths and deviations from the cable, suitable dielectric joints installed underground in the shafts during cable trenching or on the poles of the contact network during aerial cable construction are used. The fibers of the optical cables are connected in the joints by thermal fusion splicing, protected at the splice location with heat-shrinkable sleeves arranged in the comb trays of the splice cassettes.
Deviations from the main trunk cable are made in substations, sub-areas, sectional posts, and cabins (containers) for interlocking equipment, located in the interlock areas.
Underground entry into buildings and operational points is carried out through constructed duct networks, where available, or by excavation in non-combustible HDPE pipes with sealed ends, with cable reserves left.
Branching joints with reserves for transmitting data from the crossing equipment to the remote information panel and for video surveillance are mounted at the crossings.
In tunnels, the optical cable passes through a protective HDPE pipe.
The optical cable is terminated at all stations, interlocking posts, and energy facilities of the power distribution division in the section, fully or partially on optical distribution frames (ODF) installed in a 19" standard cabinet with locking, located in designated rooms for telecommunications equipment.
SDH, multiplexing equipment, and station concentrator include:
SDH-STM4 transmission system in LCC Levski, Pavlikeni Station, and Gorna Oryahovitsa, with retrofitting of the existing multiplexing equipment; SDH-STM1 transmission system in Resen Station and Polikraishte Station; optical modems for connections to KMA Butovo, Special Object Nedan, and KMA Lesicheri; access equipment - MUX - low-frequency multiplexing in LCC Levski, KMA Butovo, Pavlikeni Station, KMA Lesicheri, Resen Station, Polikraishte Station, and LCC Gorna Oryahovitsa; new 220V/48V power supply devices and grounding for the telecommunication equipment in LCC Levski, KMA Butovo, Pavlikeni Station, KMA Lesicheri, Resen Station, Polikraishte Station, and LCC Gorna Oryahovitsa; digital station concentrators to provide specialized telecommunication connections to the duty managers in LCC Levski, KMA Butovo, Pavlikeni Station, KMA Lesicheri, Resen Station, Polikraishte Station, and LCC Gorna Oryahovitsa; rectifiers and accumulator batteries, grounding of the telecommunication equipment.
Repair of premises.
In order to reorganize the space and achieve the necessary conditions for the specific requirements of the telecommunication facilities and equipment.
