Project description:
“Modernization of railway section Orizovo – Chirpan” under the project “Rehabilitation of railway line Plovdiv – Burgas, Phase 2”; Section 812 Orizovo station from km 42+376,96 (NS2) to km 44+086,06 (KS1) with length 1709m.
Construction Category One.
I. Project preparation activities for the parts “Railway”; “Overhead contact line”; “Signalling and telecommunication systems”; “Buildings”; “Facilities”
II. Activities for the execution of the works on the “Railway” part include:
– reconstruction of the switch and track development of Orizovo station (on 3 tracks) to accommodate the new double track railway;
– construction of new drainage systems;
– laying of a new substructure – including reaching the required minimum values of the deformation modulus of the earth base and, if necessary, additional strengthening (reinforcement);
– laying of protective layer, geogrids and geotextiles;
– overhead structure of rails type 60E1 for main tracks and 49S for secondary tracks, reinforced concrete sleepers and elastic bracing according to TSI requirements;
– construction of 3 new platforms and a new pedestrian overpass (pedestrian crossing);
III. Activities for the execution of the works on the “Contact Network” part
– dismantling of overhead lines, including poles and foundations;
– construction of new pillars and foundations;
– construction of a new overhead line;
– sectioning of the overhead line and integration of the motor drives of the disconnectors into the existing remote control panels;
– tests for connection to the SCADA telecontrol system in the Central Dispatch Center (CDC) Plovdiv.

IV. Activities for the execution of the works under the part “Signalling and telecommunication systems
– dismantling of existing MRCs;
– Rehabilitation of 2 rooms intended for MCC ;
– Construction of a duct network in the area of stations and approach sections;
– supply and installation of external equipment (SOA, traffic lights, BO, cables) in the area of stations and approach sections;
– supply, installation and commissioning of the MCC equipment;
– dismantling of temporary signalling (temporary control panels);
– making heating of the railway. shooters;
– making outdoor lighting, including platform lighting;
– making of external electrical. power

V. Activities for the execution of the Works under the “Buildings” part include:

VI. Activities for the execution of the works under the “Facilities” part include:
– works on the culvert at km 42+975,12 – construction of a new water intake shaft at the inlet, with a view to the discharge of a ditch from the drainage system;
– construction of a culvert at km 42+975,12 with a length of 16m; 13pcs are provided for its construction. tubular reinforced concrete elements with an internal diameter of 100 cm and a wall thickness of 13 cm; shafts with clear dimensions of 120/140 cm and a wall thickness of 20 cm are installed at the inlet and outlet.
– works on the culvert at km 43+69,40 – widening of the structure on the outflow side with a box frame without bearings and joints.
– construction of the underpass for livestock on km 43+030,50 includes: excavation and cleaning of the construction site; excavation works up to the laid concrete for the execution of the foundation slab at offset 2:1; laying of pipes ∅200 in concrete casing for storm water drainage from the underpass; sub-base concrete – 10cm, class C12/15; formwork and reinforcement works for the base slab; concreting of the slab to the working joint with the wall; formwork and reinforcement of the walls and concreting to the bottom edge roof slab; scaffolding, formwork, reinforcement roof slab and concreting the same; execution of curbs and sidewalks in which pipes are laid for holes 2×8∅110; formwork and reinforcement works for the bottom slab of the ramps; concreting of the slab to the working joint with the wall; formwork and reinforcement of the ramp walls and concreting; waterproofing – double coating with hot bitumen or other smeared waterproofing on walls and sheet waterproofing on roof slab, protection with concrete reinforced with N5-20/20cm mesh; backfill on the sides of the facility in 25cm layers of ballast and compaction of the same; backfill over the track facility;
– construction of noise barriers in the station area
